How can I be sure I get what I need?

We have dedicated account support standing by to make sure you get the right tool, part, or piece of equipment you are looking for. We can search across our network of suppliers who are active on the site as well as hundreds more who are not yet. This gives you a much greater access to the best value and availability, all while having one dedicated account support team at Gearflow! We are a transparent marketplace so you can research any supplier right on any of their product pages or their storefront page. Some suppliers have their numbers listed on their storefront and on others we have the Gearflow 800-554-3802 number listed. This is to serve you better. In addition to information about the supplier’s company, you should also review their shipping policies and return/warranty information on their product pages and storefront. If you are confused about what part or tool to order, please let us know. Otherwise, if you know what you want, please review the supplier’s policies.

We recruit and vet the top parts, tools, and equipment suppliers in the industry to sell on the marketplace for you. There are thousands of excellent aftermarket parts suppliers, manufacturers, dealers, and equipment rental companies throughout the US. It’s our job to make it easy for you to search what’s on their shelves.

What are my payment options?

For customers in the US and Canada, we accept credit cards at checkout. For all other international buyers, we require a wire transfer before the products are shipped. Can I order from multiple suppliers at the same time?

Can I register my company's tax-exempt status?

Yes, at checkout select “Tax Exempt.” The sales tax will be automatically removed from the sale on the next screen. You have 24 hours to please send your exemption form to If the form is not sent in that timeframe, we will add the tax to your order. Any questions please give us a call or use the Gear Bot.

How do I make a return?

Please refer to the supplier’s return instructions on their product page, and also notify the Gearflow support team. We’re here to help you process it. Return terms vary from supplier to supplier. Please understand the return policy and warranty before ordering.
