How do I contact a Seller?
Search that Seller's name in the search bar and click on their homepage within our site. You will see a button "Send Message" underneath their logo on the left hand side of the screen. The Seller will get an automatic email and text message with your note and should promptly respond through our messaging platform. Your message history appears in your account under "Messages." ALL communication with Sellers should be via messages through
When can I post a review of a Seller?
We love reviews! You will receive and automatic email after you complete a purchase on with any Seller that asks you for your review. Please no profanity or demeaning language! If you find that a Seller deliberately misled you in terms of having the inventory they claimed or did not properly disclose the issues with their products, please report them immediately in their storefront with the button "Report this Shop."
What are my payment options?
Our order system is hosted by PayPal. If you do not have an account, it's free to signup and link your credit cards, bank account, and apply for PayPal Credit! PayPal Credit is a 0% interest for 6 months line of credit, apply here: For heavy equipment transactions, we require a wire transaction to our bank or ACH via PayPal.
Can I list my parts and equipment for sale?
Absolutely! It's free to list any construction-related part, tool, light equipment, accessory, or heavy equipment for sale. Just apply for a Seller's account. You will need to sign our listing agreement and share your W-9, then you're approved to upload unlimited inventory!
What is the cost to create an account?
Can I order from multiple Sellers at the same time?
Yes. You can add as many parts and equipment to your order as you'd like. They will all be notified once your order is placed.
Can I upload my equipment and parts even if I don't want to sell them?
Yes! You can use our dashboard tools for Suppliers as your fleet management platform for FREE. You can input all the information on each of your units and use the system to input the hours, maintenance, and condition of your assets - much better than an Excel sheet!
Can I register my company's tax-exempt status?
Yes, if you are a tax-exempt business we will register you as such on our back-end software. Send your single-state or multi-state tax-exempt form to: After registering, you will not see sales tax calculations on the products you purchase that ship to those tax-exempt states.
How does the 3 business day inspection period on heavy equipment work?
Whenever you buy heavy equipment (bulldozer, excavator, telehandler, boom lift, tractor, etc), you automatically get the 3 business day inspection period post-delivery applied. If you find the machine was not accurately advertised, then within the 3 business day period, go to your dashboard and click on "Return Requests." Enter in the order, and the Seller and our Admin team will receive automatic email notifications. The Seller has the option to make it right with you via partial refund or sending you the necessary parts. If both parties cannot agree then the unit is shipped back to the Seller and the money is returned to the Buyer post-delivery. Our Admin team will make a determination as to which party is charged for the round-trip freight.
How do I return a part/tool/accessory/light equipment?
That is solely based on the Seller's return policies they post on their storefront. Each Seller has different return policy terms. We encourage you to read and understand the terms clearly before making a purchase. If you are unsure about a term, please ask them directly through their storefront "Send Message" button.

FAQ - Sellers

Is there a limit on how many products I can upload?
Nope! List as many construction equipment, parts, tools, and accessories you'd like - all for FREE. We only charge a commission on sale.
Who is responsible for remitting State sales tax?
It depends on the State of the buyer. Gearflow Inc collects and remits State sales taxes for the 12 States we are required to: AL (4%), AZ (5.6%), CT (6.35%), IA (6%), IL (6.25%), MN (6.88%), NJ (6.625%), OK (4.5%), PA (6%), RI (7%), SD (4.5%), and WA (6.5%) for non-tax-exempt buyers. Please let your Account Manager know the States where you collect and remit State taxes. If they are outside these 12 States, we will collect them on your behalf and submit them back to you with a report each month. The tax remittance back to you will coincide with your sales earnings payout on the 15th.
Can I upload my company's terms and policies?
Yes, and we encourage you to! In your dashboard under "Storefront," there are options to input your Return Policy, Cancellation Policy, Payment Policy, and Other Terms. Users will be able to see these terms in your storefront by clicking on the "Policies" link. Feel free to use the terms you already have in place. We are here to showcase your products, reviews, and policies to generate more orders. Treat your storefront like your own website.
Can I bulk upload my products?
Yes and we will do it for you! Once you are approved, please send your Account Manager your export from your system with all necessary product info: Make, Model, Serial #/Part #/SKU, Price, Description, Quantity, etc. Pictures can be sent separately and our data entry team will assign them appropriately.
What are the categories of heavy equipment?

What are the categories of light equipment?
"Light Equipment" is an all-encompassing term for parts, tools, accessories, supplies, and actual light equipment. The commission for sales in this category is 9.75% capped at $1200/product. For a listing of all the various light equipment, please refer to the FAQ "What are the categories of heavy equipment?" Any type of equipment that is NOT listed there is light equipment.
How do I track my orders and sales?
You get a full transaction history under the "My Wallet" section of your dashboard, and free sales reports. The sales reports are the Top 5 Sold by Revenue and Volume and a trailing 12 month snapshot of revenue generated on You are also able to track Return Requests and Cancellations through your dashboard.
What support does give?
We are here to answer any questions with your account setup process and ongoing maintenance. We review your business W-9 and send you a listing agreement before your storefront goes live. We also review your products and storefront and suggest edits to make it look as attractive as possible before go-live. Our motto is Your Equipment Assistant and we live by it!
How much are the payment processing fees?
We use PayPal as our payment processor. They charge 2.9% for credit/debit card transactions, bank transfers, and PayPal Credit transactions + $0.30/transaction. See the breakout of PayPal's transaction fees here: If we process a wire for a high-dollar heavy equipment purchase, it is a flat $50 processing fee from Chase Bank.
How am I paid out?
Every 15th of the month we will send you the payout from your eligible sales. Your payout is the revenue you sold less PayPal/wire transaction fees and our sales commission. You can be paid out in 2 ways: 1. Signup for a free PayPal account and we will transfer the funds instantly on the 15th. We absorb the $0.25 payout fee. 2.
