All products are guaranteed against workmanship defects under normal use and service after proper installation.
Please note: Paint defects are not considered workmanship defects. If you are not fully satisfied with the performance of any product purchased from us, we will refund 100% of your purchase price (excluding shipping).
Additionally, we offer your choice of replacement remedies:
Give us a 2nd chance now: We will “Next Day” ship a new replacement part immediately from our warehouse at no cost to you.
Give us a chance in the future: We will purchase the equivalent part from your previous supplier on your behalf. You provide the previous supplier name, your contact’s name and phone number (if available) and their part number. The part must be a direct replacement for the part purchased from TopDog. We will have their product “Next Day” shipped to your door.
Please contact us for an RMA number. Whether you select a replacement part from us or your previous supplier, we will arrange return shipping from your location back to our warehouse at our cost. Once received at the warehouse, the damaged part will be inspected to ensure the damage was workmanship related and we will immediately issue your refund.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, our listings offer a generous, hassle-free, 30-day money back guarantee from delivery date (unless otherwise specified). Items must be in new, un-used condition and must include all materials originally received to be eligible for return. We will gladly replace your item or refund 100% of the sales price.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact us prior to shipping your items so we may issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Unfortunately, returns received without an RMA number will not be accepted.
If you received incorrect or damaged item(s), we are happy to pay for return shipping and replace the item(s). For all other returns, shipping must be paid by the customer. Paint defects are not considered “damaged” item(s).
