History

All States Ag Parts was founded in 1998 by David Dyke and his two sons, Paul and John. The family had a long history in the ag salvage business with the elder Dyke being the founder of Worthington Ag Parts. Ten years after selling Worthington Ag Parts, the family started All States Ag Parts and focused on building a company based on supplying used tractor and combine parts to farmers. As the used parts business grew, additional lines of new aftermarket parts, as well as remanufactured parts, were added to the product mix to provide farmers with more parts solutions. In 2007, the company launched it's e-commerce website. This website greatly increased the company's visibility throughout the country and the world and positioned All States for tremendous growth over the next decade.

"Our success always goes back to customer service", said John Dyke, CEO. "We solve customer's problems and that's our primary goal and we'll never lose sight of that goal", said Dyke.

Aftermarket Parts

All States Ag Parts has availability for over 850,000 new aftermarket parts with over 50,000 parts available for same-day shipping.

"Our aftermarket parts business has seen tremendous growth of the past decade", said Chad Bagby, Purchased Parts Division Manager. "The quality of the parts available today has improved dramatically. Many times, we are purchasing parts from the same factory as the original manufacturer and are able to offer them at significant savings over the local dealer", Bagby said.

Used Parts

All States Ag Parts purchases more ag salvage equipment than anyone in North America. Most of our salvage units have been wrecked, flooded, burned or retired from service. We have a fleet of specialized trucks and drivers for picking up salvage from anywhere in the country. Once a tractor, combine or other piece of equipment is delivered to one of our salvage yards it is dismantled. During dismantling all the critical parts are taken off the machiner and the machine is then inspected by skilled mechanics. Unusable parts and fluids are all recycled make sure every piece of the machine is utilized.

"Once the part passes inspection, it's cleaned up, labeled and stored inside one of our warehouses until a farmer or repair shop needs it", explained Dyke.

Remanufactured Parts

The salvage portion of the business is vital to supplying the growing remanufactured parts division as well. "Some components, such as used SCV's, used hydraulic pumps, engines and transmissions, fail the initial inspection and are sent to one of our remanufacturing shops where our mechanics completely tear down the part and replace all of the worn or broken parts", explained Dyke. "Once we're done rebuilding it, the part will meet or exceed the original OEM specs".
