We created ATP because we wanted a company that provided quality, cost effective, components while maintaining the ‘small company’ customer experience we loved working with. This meant taking ownership of the manufacturing process, hiring people dedicated to putting the needs of the customer above a quick sale, and respecting our relationships by never selling directly to the end users of our product. 


Returns & Claims

  • Materials may be returned, at customer's expense, for credit or replacement only after written authorization and a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) have been issued by
  • Returned material purchased within the last 12 months is subject to restocking fee of 15% of $25.00 (whichever the greater amount). No RGA# will be issued or credit allowed for returned material purchased greater than 12 months prior to the return date.
  • Claims for goods lost or damaged in transit should be filed by the purchaser directly with the freight company or common carrier. All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point.
  • Acceptance of shipment by freight carrier constitutes delivery to buyer.

AllTech Pro Guarantee

  • All AllTech wear parts are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect, as determined by AllTech's analysis of the returned part, for a period of 60 days.
  • Any returned part must be accompanied by a AllTech issued RGA#.
  • AllTech's liability is strictly limited to replacement of or credit for the defective part, No other damages, either direct or indirect, will be allowed.
  • No labor charge will be allowed for changing any AllTech parts.
