You may receive your order sooner or later depending on these factors as well as the ship to location of the order. Generally, our processing time is between 24 to 48 hours, but it varies by product and product line.


Benzel AutoParts processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding major United States Holidays.


We only ship to the continental 48 United States of America.


Damaged Shipments


In the event your product is damaged in transit please contact us at 1-786-600-1549 immediately. All damages must be reported within 24-48 hours of receiving your package. If a shipment arrives at your doorstep and is clearly damaged make sure to take pictures as these will help expedite the return process.

Return Policy:


Benzel AutoParts allows returns of any product in it's original condition for up to 15 days from the date of purchase with a 15% restocking fee.

·        Qualifying parts may be returned within 15 days.

·        Parts that have been installed, open kits, electrical parts, and manuals are not returnable.

·        All returned goods must be in their original packaging and state, in new, resalable condition

·        Products cannot be dented, scratched or have any protective material removed

·        Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.


The customer must retain any cartons, packages, or related data until inspection has been made by the carrier. Any claims involving concealed damage or shortage or a wrong part received that are not reported within 15 days of the invoice that will not be honored by Benzel AutoParts.


When the return is due to damage to the part, warranty or incorrect item shipped, a label will be sent to the customer to return the item. In all other cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.


When the return is not due to part damage or warranty, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.


Warranty Policy:


All new parts are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for six (6) months from time of delivery.

This warranty does not cover defects caused by customer neglect, incorrect application, wiring, alteration or repairs made outside the company’s authorization.
