Cornerstone Engine Solutions' parts orders are shipped using ground services (up to 10 days delivery for in-stock items). Contact gearflow.com for express shipping options. We are not responsible for sales tax fees for unaccepted tax exemptions.
Cornerstone Engine Solutions, LLC allows returns of any stocked product in it's original condition for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Special order items are subject to a restocking fee.
Damaged Shipments & Shortages
The customer is responsible for carefully examining all shipments before signing a bill of lading or delivery sheet. The customer must note all damages and shortages when signing. If the customer detects any damage or shortage in the shipment, this damage or shortage must be recorded on the bill of lading or the delivery sheet and the carrier's driver must sign and acknowledge this record. The customer must retain a copy of the signed bill of lading or delivery sheet and initiate a claim with the carrier at once.
Any damages or shortages of goods delivered after the bill of lading or deliver sheet has been signed (acknowledging to the transportation company that the goods were delivered in good condition) cannot be accepted for a claim at a later date.
The customer must retain any cartons, packages, or related data until inspection has been made by the carrier. Any claims involving concealed damage or shortage or a wrong part received that are not reported within 30 days of the invoice that will not be honored by Cornerstone Engine Solutions, LLC.
