WARRANTY POLICY

Products and Services

We strive to deliver nothing but the highest quality service. All units are thoroughly inspected before shipping; however, when something fails to meet our customer's expectations, every effort shall be made to correct it. We warrant to the original purchaser of components rebuilt or supplied by us to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months. Should the item fail, we will repair the component without cost, pursuant to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purchaser will contact us as soon as an issue arises or no longer than 10 date from date of failure.

2. The defective component shall be returned to us freight prepaid for inspection to determine the cause and nature of the defect.

3. Warranty determination is at our sole discretion. It is understood and agreed between the purchaser and us that we have the knowledge and expertise to determine whether the article failed due to parts, materials or services provided by us, or whether the failure was due to causes not covered by this warranty.

4. The warranty shall not cover defects caused by improper use or installation, system contamination or failure of the purchaser to perform all regular and normal maintenance specified by the original equipment manufacturer.

5. OEM start-up guidelines and installation procedures must be followed and documented.

6. We will in no event be liable for repairs or replacements by others. This warranty does not cover failure due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or tampering. Components disassembled prior to our review shall void this limited warranty. We will not be responsible for equipment down time or loss of use time.

7. Use of hydraulic oils or compounds that do not meet OEM specifications shall void this warranty.

8. All components rebuilt or supplied by us must have an oil sample (as provided by us) taken 24 hours after the initial start-up time of the machine following installation of the component. If the oil sample taken does not pass industry standards, the hydraulic system must be drained, and all fluid and filters must be changed. Following another 24-hour period after initial machine start-up, another oil sample must be taken. If the oil sample does not pass industry standards, the purchaser's warranty is null and void.

9. We are not responsible for removal and installation of the purchased item.

10.We are not responsible for oil and filters due to a warranty repair.

11.We are not responsible for cost incurred in trouble-shooting the machine.

12.Warranty does not cover any final adjustments needed on site nor any electronic devices mounted on remanufactured components such as pressure or position sensor solenoids.

13.Any component returned for warranty repair and found to have no failure, will be resealed and dyno tested before shipping back to customer. Customer will be invoiced for disassembly, labor, and dyno fees.

14.Running a hammer voids the warranty.

We guarantee you will be completely satisfied with every product you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied once you receive the order, we will do what it takes to make it right. While we take care in the manufacturing of such products, it is commercially impossible to detect all errors or imperfections. Therefore, no other warranty is given, and all affirmations, samples, or models made or shown are for illustrative purposes only. THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEY OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE OR DESCRIPTION, DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRODUCT OR ANY ACT OF OMISSION BY US, NOR WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY (OR OTHER OBLIGATION BINDING UPON US) IN AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT PAID TO US.

Title and risk of loss to products shall be deemed to pass to purchaser at point of shipment. We conduct business in the state in which the products are shipped and are therefore required to collect appropriate sales and use taxes. Other terms and conditions may apply.
