Diesel Parts Direct does everything possible to ship your order the same day the order is placed. We do not have an official cut off time as we process orders as late as possible. If your shipment is time critical and it absolutely must ship that day, please contact Gearflow prior to ordering to ensure that this is possible.Diesel Parts Direct carries a huge inventory of diesel engine parts and in most cases, the parts listed on our web site are in inventory either at our facility or one of our suppliers. Only items marked specifically with a “Guaranteed in Stock” icon next to the item number are actually guaranteed to be in stock. If for some reason one of those item is not in stock when you place your order, you will be contacted immediately and asked how you would prefer that we handle your order.All shipments, unless specifically denoted, are curb-side shipments.All larger shipments, shipped via freight carrier, will require a signature at the time of delivery.If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, Diesel Parts Direct cannot be held responsible for damages that may occur during delivery.Diesel Parts Direct is not responsible for shipping costs on merchandise not delivered due to a shipping company’s inability to deliver to a particular location. Certain circumstances may include but are not limited to: narrow or winding roads, dirt or gravel roads, and vacant establishments.In home delivery is neither implied nor offered without additional charge, and is not necessarily available even if the customer is willing to pay more for it.

Parts Return Process You may return items within 30 days from the date of shipment (see below for details and exclusions): Fill out our Request for Return Material Authorization (RMA) form Please allow 1 to 2 business days for our Customer Service Department to review the form (please note that not all items are returnable, see details below) When your request has been approved, we will email you an RMA and shipping label to print Please pack your item carefully; the customer is responsible for any damage to the product when shipping it back to us Place the RMA inside your package with the item you are returning; We will not return items not accompanied by this form Place the shipping label outside of the package (make sure to include your return address and take note of your tracking number); the customer is responsible for shipping charges Your credit will be issued within 5-20 business days, depending on stocking status and if applicable, the manufacturer's return policy ( restocking fees may apply) Product Return Requirements In order to receive a credit for your return, items must: Be accompanied by the RMA issued when filling out a Request for RMA; We will not return items not accompanied by this form Be returned in their original packaging Have NEVER been used (kits must still be in unopened package) Be in original condition (no dirt nor grease on the parts) Not have been purchased at a discounted price where the purchase price was reduced due to damage or use Items not Returnable Gaskets, gasket sets, seals, seal kits and/or manuals of any type Electrical components and/or accessories (opened or not) Bundles (items sold in bulk) that have been opened Any parts that have been used and are being submitted for warranty consideration and/or coverage Restocking Fees A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any non-stock items (products not marked with the Guaranteed in Stock icon Item Guaranteed in Stock next to the part number) Shipping Charges If an item is damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the wrong item, Diesel Parts Direct will pay for the return shipping, and we will send the correct item to you at no extra cost. For any other returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including any costs incurred in getting the product both to and from the customer, regardless of whether shipping was originally charged or not.
