RUBBER TRACK WARRANTY STATEMENT:

Effective January 1, 2019

Definitions

DuroForceTM shall refer, in this document, to all distributors, dealers and resellers of the

DuroForceTM replacement rubber tracks and parts.

General Warranty Information

Warranty starts at the retail sales date on the customer's invoice. Tracks not installed immediately

and that were stored improperly, see “Track Storage”, will not be eligible for return or warranty

coverage. Please examine all products when they arrive at your location. Any problems with the

condition of the tracks should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment.

MANUFACTURER’S DEFECTS

Continuous Rubber Belt Tracks are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for

15 Months from the date of invoice to retail customer, unless otherwise outlined in the

disclaimer below.

DISCLAIMER

DuroForceTM is not responsible for any costs of damage, repair, installation or downtime due to

track failure. DuroForceTM is not responsible for any lost revenues, rental or sale due to downtime

because of a pending warranty issue or failure. DuroForceTM responsibility is only for the

rubber track and assumes no responsibility for any damages to equipment and/or property.

All tracks should be installed based on OEM Service Manual Specifications. Any damage done to

tracks not installed and tensioned to OEM specifications will be deemed the responsibility of the

customer and will not be covered under this warranty. Undercarriage components must be

checked before installation of any new rubber tracks to be certain the components are within the

OEM specifications as well. Undercarriages with more than 600 hours of operation should be

checked before installation. If the undercarriage has 1000 operating hours or more, the sprockets

and idler wheels should be replaced before the installation of the new rubber tracks. Worn

undercarriages will cause improper wear of the links (inserted metal pieces) of the rubber tracks,

and will void this warranty.

This warranty does not cover excessive wear or abuse as deemed by Factory Engineers.

Continuous rubber belt tracks exposed to “severe environments” such as fire, concrete destruction,

demolition applications, petroleum environments, steel scrap yards, rock quarries, or environments

where stumps or debris are present, will not be considered. In addition, if machines running these

tracks are retrofitted with concrete breakers or concrete cutters, the warranty is void. If machines

are run predominately on improved surfaces such as concrete and asphalt, the warranty is void.

DuroForceTM reserves the right to inspect all rubber tracks requesting warranty. All rubber tracks

needing warranty adjustment must be retained until warranty has been issued by DuroForceTM.

DuroForceTM reserves the right to have the rubber track(s) in question shipped back to a

DuroForceTM warehouse for further inspection. The rubber track should be retained by the

customer until DuroForceTM provides instructions for disposal or return to a DuroForceTM

warehouse. Disposal of the failed track is the responsibility of the customer.

Tracks deemed to be warrantable will be replaced with another DuroForceTM track.

Track Storage

Rubber Tracks should be stored the following way:

• On Their Side

• Un-Banded

• Under Cover

Tracks are banded (folded) only for shipping purposes and should not remain that way beyond the

length of transportation.

Warranty will not cover tracks that are dry-rotted, cracked or have deformations due to storage

errors.
