Tamco manufactures a complete line of hand, pneumatic, and paving breaker steel, stone tools, drill steel, maintenance bars, railroad track tools, and carbide-tipped drills.
Other products sold by Tamco include air hammers and repair accessories for them, and boom mount demolition bits.
Tamco offers a wide range of custom tool design and manufacturing services. We manufacture a wide range of proprietary and exclusive parts for our valued clients. If you have a unique requirement that requires custom design or manufacturing please call us!
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, delivering in 1-3 business days. If you need expedited options, please message in the Gear Bot!
Never accept any shortages or damaged shipments without making a notation on the bill of lading.
We must be notified promptly of any shortages/damages or claims will not be considered.
KSR Sales cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to conditions outside of our control.
Our responsibility ceases when goods are received by freight carriers.
All published weights are approximate. Actual shipping weights may vary.
Returns
Returns over 30 days will have a 25% restocking fee. Products must be in original packaging and in new condition. Parts will not be accepted for return if they have been installed or not in new condition. No returns after 90 days.
Full credit will be given to all items that have not been installed and are returned in re-saleable condition. Shipping cost will be refunded if item is shipped incorrectly. If customer error in ordering, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be approved in advance of return shipping.
No collect shipments will be accepted.
Warranty
Tamco Pneumatic Tool Limited Warranty
Tamco warrants its pneumatic tools to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, to the original purchaser, for
a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty will not apply to any tool which Tamco Inc., deems to have
been abused, modified, misused, improperly maintained, inadequately lubricated, or repaired by anyone other than an
authorized Tamco repair house.
Tamco General Tool Warranty
Tamco Inc., products are guaranteed against defects and workmanship. Tamco Inc., cannot be responsible for failures due to normal wear. Any product that has been modified, misused, abused, or suffered a lack of proper maintenance will not be recognized for a warranty claim. Warranty consideration will be given to any product found to have defects in workmanship or materials at the time of inspection. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
