Tomahawk Power Warranty and Service Policy
Tomahawk Power equipment comes standard with a 1 year total product warranty, and up to a 3 year engine warranty depending on the engine manufacturer.
Engine warranty claims must go through the engine manufacturer. In the event of a need for equipment repair, Tomahawk works with local service centers to ensure convenience and speed of repair. Tomahawk asks that you provide your address and zip code to identify the closest service center available to assist you. Tomahawk Power warrants new products manufactured by it to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and servicing, for the periods specified on the accompanying table and commencing on the earliest of the date of sale to the first end-user or first assignment into a rental fleet (but not to exceed 36 months following delivery from Tomahawk Power).
Tomahawk Power’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the product or part(s) at no charge delivered F.O.B. from its designated facility, if determined by Tomahawk upon inspection to have been defective in materials or workmanship. A Warranty Claim Number referencing the model and serial number of the product, date of sale to original purchaser and date and description of the failure shall accompany all part(s), which must be received by Tomahawk Power within 30 days from the date of failure. Upon request, part(s) must be returned to a designated Tomahawk Power facility for evaluation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the claimant. Such requests by Tomahawk will be made within 30 days of receiving the warranty claim.
Tomahawk Power Refund Policy
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website shipping to the continental United States. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including goods with hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Full reimbursement on your purchase is contingent on a full equipment inspection by a Tomahawk Power approved service center and/or Tomahawk Power representative. Reimbursement on items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an Tomahawk Power or seller error may change due to shipping and restocking costs.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
You may contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale and Used Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items, used items, refurbished items, reconditioned items, and used items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Tomahawk Power, LLC, 1405 30th Street Ste F, San Diego, 92154, United States. For heavier equipment requiring a freight service, it is encouraged to work with Tomahawk Power to coordinate shipment and provide the appropriate documentation.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items ordered and shipped outside of the continental United States are not eligible for a full money-back guarantee.
