For purposes of this agreement, “Site” refers to the Company’s website, which can be accessed at www.GroffTractor.com. “Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site and at local branches, in which customers can contact the Company or purchase parts. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service.
The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders will be processed on the same business day when ordered by 3 PM EST; otherwise, the order may not be processed until the following business day.
Delivery Estimates
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will notify you and ship the part of your order that is in stock, if that is acceptable to you. Once the item becomes available, we will ship you the remainder of your order.
Shipping Rates
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United
States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Returns Policy
Our Parts Return Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Groff Tractor reserves the right to immediately cancel or alter any portion of this policy without prior notice. Please contact your local Groff Tractor branch for details.

*All parts must be returned within 30 days of the original date of purchase. All parts must be in new and salable condition and in the original packaging. All parts must be accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip. Parts must not be discontinued at the time of return. Freight charges for returns must be prepaid by the customer. Freight charges are non-refundable except in cases of returns due to our error.
*All returns may be subject to a restocking fee and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending upon the manufacturer and/or order types that are non-stock/special order.
*Some of our suppliers and manufacturers may have additional requirements under their individual return policies. Special circumstances, such as the manufacturer, non-stock parts, or date of return may result in restocking fees.
Non-stock or special-order parts will be considered on an individual basis and may be subject to the terms and conditions of that supplier’s return policy, less freight and any applicable restocking charges.
*All parts are subject to inspection and must meet the manufacturer’s criteria for new parts. Customers will be contacted whenever any returns do not meet this classification and will be responsible for arranging pick-up of these parts.
