policy is as follows.


Domestic Shipping (US Continental States)

ï‚· All online orders (not including orders that are required to be shipped via freight) are

filled and shipped within 24 hours from the time of the order being placed.

 All online orders include free shipping (except if noted otherwise on Mega Mart’s Site or

the affiliated e-commerce platform).

ï‚· All freight orders are typically shipped within 48 hours. The transit and delivery time is

based on the destination and distance and vary. Freight deliveries are usually delivered

in 3-5 business days.

Excluded Free US Shipping Locations

ï‚· Excluded US Shipping Locations are Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and all Protectorates

and territories.

ï‚· If shipping to any of these locations is requested, please contact us directly. The

customer/buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to these locations.

International Shipping


 We don’t offer direct international shipping. However, we accommodate buyers

with international shipping orders. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs

associated with international shipping. Please contact us directly for

international shipping requests.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request

a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or

unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and

where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be

accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,

damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

All orders come with a 100% money back guarantee unless otherwise noted in our listing.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return

is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was

approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method

within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card

company to process and post the refund too.
