Gearflow + Samsara integration
Connect Samsara in a few minutes and see engine hours, location and the current driver on every unit in Gearflow.

About
Samsara
Samsara is a connected-operations platform. Its gateways report location, engine hours and driver data for vehicles and equipment.
What you can do
Hours and location on every unit
- Self-serve setup. Paste an API token. Gearflow checks it and pulls 90 days of history.
- Automatic matching. Samsara vehicles match to your units by unit number, serial or VIN.
- Engine hours and location. Every matched unit shows its latest hours, odometer and location.
- Who is driving. See the assigned driver for each truck.

How often does data update?
Once a day.
Why do some trucks show no engine hours?
Trucks that report through a manufacturer cloud instead of a Samsara gateway (for example some GM and Stellantis models) do not send engine hours.
Scale your fleet. Not the chaos.
