What you can do
POs in Fleetio without retyping
- Import your vehicles. Fleetio vehicles sync into Gearflow every hour.
- Check stock first. See Fleetio inventory by part number while you build a request.
- PO created for you. Sending a PO creates it in Fleetio with lines, tax, shipping and discounts, and Fleetio's PO number comes back.
- Attach to the work order. Parts attach to the Fleetio work order you pick.

How to turn it on
- In Fleetio, copy your API key and account token.
- In Gearflow, open Settings, then Integrations, and paste them under Fleetio.
- Match your Fleetio part locations to Gearflow.
