About

Viewpoint Vista

Trimble Viewpoint Vista is construction ERP software for accounting, job cost and purchasing. Gearflow connects to it through Trimble App Xchange.

What you can do

POs in Vista, coded to the job

  • POs created in Vista. Each Gearflow order becomes a Vista PO with job or equipment, phase and cost type.
  • Vista's PO number. Vista assigns the PO number and Gearflow uses it.
  • Approval before the vendor. The vendor gets the order only after Vista approves it.
